Scientific Hubris in the BioTech industry: Cloned Meat and Milk?

Last month we at Your Vegetarian Kitchen spoke about genetically modified foods and the corporate take over of US regulatory agencies such as the FDA, USDA, APHIS, etc. See “ Your Right to Know ” a review of Andrew Kimbrell’s book by the same name. This week the media reports that FDA approval of cloned meat and milk is immanent. Given the precedent of non-disclosure of GMO foods, the producers will not be required to indicate which products on the grocers shelves contain them.
