Easy Beer Bread

(Arizona)

3 cups Self-rising Flour (Or 3 cups all purpose flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1 tsp salt)
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tbsp. Honey
12 ounces Beer (Any dark non-alcoholic beer works great too!)
2 tbsp. Softened Butter

Heat oven to 375ºF. Butter a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In large bowl combine flour, sugar, honey and beer.
Mix well. Batter should be sticky.
Pour into loaf pan and bake 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Once removed from oven, spread butter over the top.
After cooled, remove from pan and serve.
