1 Egg Free, Dairy Free Pineapple Sorbet
1 can frozen Pineapple juice concentrate 1 Cup Ariel Alcohol Free Cabernet Sauvignon 1/2 cups very hot RO Water 1 tsp xanthan gum 1 Tbsp sugar
Put juice concentrate in a blender Put RO Water in a small pan over medium heat until it simmers Stir the Xanthan Gum and Sugar together in the hot water and stir until it thickens Then pour mixture into the blender Blend it up with the juice and pour it into a container(s) for the freezer.
2 Egg Free, Dairy Free Blackberry Sorbet
1 Pound Fresh Blackberries 1 Cup Ariel Alcohol Free Cabernet Sauvignon 1/2 Cup sugar 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Puree the blackberries, then put the mixture through a sieve to remove the seeds.
