Eggless Brown Sugar Shortbreads

Another twist on a classic recipe. Eggless Brown Sugar Shortbreads with organic brown sugar, baked until golden. Preheat the oven to 325°


  • 1 Cup Organic Butter
  • 2½ Cups Organic Unbleached Flour
  • ½ Cup Organic Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Cream Butter and Brown Sugar together. Add Flour and Vanilla. Mix until a soft dough is formed. Roll out on a lightly floured board and cut into shapes, placing them on a parchment lined cookie sheet.  Bake at 325º until golden about 8 - 10 minutes. Remove to cooling rack. Store in an airtight tin in layers separated by waxed paper.
