Ginger Peachy Vegan Pie

Your Vegetarian Kitchen’s Ginger Peachy Vegan Pie relies on the quality of the peaches used. For best results use only the juicy ones. Prepare and pre-bake our Surprising Eggless Vegan Pie Crust.

*Preheat oven to 400°

Ingredients:

  • Peel and Slice 6 Cups Organic Peaches
  • Add ½ Cups Real Maple Syrup
  • 3 Tablespoons Arrowroot
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Candied Ginger
  • ½ tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 6 pats of Earth Balance Margarine

Method:

Cover Peach with the Syrup and dry ingredients and pour into an 11” prepared pie shell and dot with 6 pats of Earth Balance Margarine. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet in the oven. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Serve warm as is or with a slice of Vegan Cheddar Cheese.
