Vegan Mango Cream Pie

Prepare Your Vegetarian Kitchen’s Traditional Pie Crust for this scrumptious Vegan Mango Cream Pie. It will soon be a summer favorite. tPreheat oven to 350 °


  • 2 Cups Mango Puree
  • 1 Package Silken Tofu
  • Add ½ Cups Real Maple Syrup
  • 1½ Tablespoons Ener-G Egg Replacer
  • 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

Whip all ingredients together in your Kitchen Aid food processor until smooth and creamy. Pour into a pre-baked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool. Top with Whipped Soy Cream.
