Vegan No Bake Pumpkin Pie

Prepare Your Vegetarian Kitchen’s Vegan Pie Crust for this scrumptious Vegan No Bake Pumpkin Pie. It will definitely be a hit of your Thanksgiving Feast.
*Preheat oven to 350°


  • 2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Package Silken Tofu
  • Add 1 Cup Real Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Ener-G Egg Replacer
  • ¼ Cup Vanilla Soy Milk
  • 1½ tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2½ tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Whip all the ingredients together in your Kitchen Aid food processor until smooth and creamy. Pour into pre-baked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove to wire rack to cool.
