Vegan Pumpkin Tofu Pie

Your Vegetarian Kitchen’s Vegan Pumpkin Tofu Pie is spicy, sweet and pumpkiny. Use our flaky Traditional Pie Crust and pre-bake it for ten minutes to prevent a soggy bottom crust.
*Preheat oven to 350 °
Whip all ingredients together in your Kitchen Aid Food Processor until smooth and creamy. Pour into pre-baked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove to wire rack to cool.
