Yes, its morning, time to break your fast. . . If you are like most Americans, for years you have been eating the same old same old. . . facing yet another day with a bowl of (yawn) cold cereal straight out of the package with a splash of milk and a banana, or munching on a bagel smothered with cream cheese and drinking a cuppa Joe. Boring. Uninspiring. Sad.
Here at your vegetarian kitchen we think there are better ways to start the day.

Or, how about mixing up a batch of our marvelous muffins and keeping them in the fridge in an air tight container until you are ready to bake them? (That will only take fifteen minutes!) They will be piping hot golden brown and totally wonderful by the time you have showered and dressed. Or mix up a batch of pancakes and store them in an air tight pitcher in the fridge and bake them to order!
