Vegetarian Pumpkin Pie

Prepare Your Vegetarian Kitchen’s Traditional Pie Crust for this scrumptious Vegetarian Pumpkin Pie. It will definitely be a hit at your Thanksgiving and Christmas Feasts (or) any other time of the year!
*Preheat oven to 350°

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Package Silken Tofu
  • Add 1 Cup Real Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Ener-G Egg Replacer
  • ½Cup Half and Half
  • 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Method:

Whip all of the ingredients together in your Kitchen Aid food processor until smooth and creamy. Pour into a pre-baked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove to wire rack to cool.
