Sweetest Vegetarian Sweet Potato Pie

Make our Sweetest Vegetarian Sweet Potato Pie for a quick trip to the Old South right in your vegetarian kitchen. Prepare our Traditional Pie Crust to provide a framework for it to shine in!

*preheat oven to 350 °


  • 2 Cups baked, mashed Sweet Potato
  • ¼ Cup Milk
  • ¾ Cup Organic Vegan Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Ener-G Egg Replacer
  • ¼ Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp Mace
  • ¼ tsp Allspice

Whip all of the ingredients together in your Kitchen Aid food processor until smooth and creamy. Pour into pre-baked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove to wire rack to cool.
